Ingredients
  • 0.5 White Onion
  • 2 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1-2 tsp Crumbled Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 cans Tomatoes
  • 2 cubes Consume de Rez
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 can Great Northern Beans
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 0.25 Maseca w/Water
  • Paprika (to taste)
  • Cayenne (to taste)
  • Cilantro (to garnish)
  • Onion (to garnish)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (to garnish)
Instructions
  1. Cook the beef in a large stockpot
  2. Add the onion, garlic cloves, and bell pepper and let it cook a bit
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, crumbled oregano, chili powder, and salt
  4. Add the two tomato cans, fill 3 cans worth of water and add it, put 2 cubes of consume de rez
  5. Put a cover, lower the heat, and simmer for 60 minutes
  6. Put 1 can kidney, pinto, great northern, and black beans BUT NO BEAN JUICE
  7. Put 1/4 cup maseca with water and add it to the pot
  8. Let it simmer for 15 minutes, add paprika and cayenne
