  1. Cut the raw chicken breast into small pieces and blender it in the blender so it's bien molida
  2. In a bowl season meat with garlic salt, pimienta, cilantro bien picado, zanahoria BIEN picado, jalapeno bien picado, egg, maseca, and arroz
  3. Mix all that together and start making the balls
  4. Boil water
