evaporated milk

long grain white rice

cinnamon powder
Instructions
Toast the cinnamon stick (cut in quarters) in a skillet with the rice
Put the rice in a blender with the coconut milk, condensed milk, half and half, evaporated milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon powder and blend
Filter the blended liquid into a pitcher, fill the blender with water, blend again, and filter and add it into the pitcher
Add ice and chill
