Ingredients
  • 1/4 can Coconut milk
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 can half and half
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup long grain white rice
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 dashes cinnamon powder
Instructions
  1. Toast the cinnamon stick (cut in quarters) in a skillet with the rice
  2. Put the rice in a blender with the coconut milk, condensed milk, half and half, evaporated milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon powder and blend
  3. Filter the blended liquid into a pitcher, fill the blender with water, blend again, and filter and add it into the pitcher
  4. Add ice and chill
  5. Enjoy!
